Green Technology Corporation Melaka (PTHM), formerly known as Hang Tuah Jaya Corporation (PHTJ) has changed the name and function of the force on 8 November 2013. This is to facilitate PTHM be the lead agency in the development of green technology in Malacca. Obejktif PTHM establishment is to implement policies and green technology policy as set by the Green Technology Council of Malaysia Malacca. (Chaired by the Chief Minister), set green and green procurement policy for the State of Malacca, oversee green initiatives based on the blueprint made Malacca City State Green Technology in 2020 and creating policies and policies to promote business and investment in green technology Malacca.
Green Technology refers to the development and application of products, equipment and systems to protect the environment and the natural environment and minimize or mitigate the negative effects of human activities.
